Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our Finance team. This role is responsible for supporting the month-end close process, including global inventory and revenue reporting, and assisting with the preparation of consolidated financial statements and external financial reports.
The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in GAAP, a CPA certification, and progressive experience in both corporate and public accounting. This individual must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the month-end close process, including global inventory and revenue reporting, account reconciliations, and journal entries.
- Collaborate with global finance and manufacturing teams to ensure accurate inventory transaction recording in compliance with GAAP; assist in the design and implementation of new inventory processes.
- Review contracts to ensure proper revenue recognition in accordance with ASC 606.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Support external financial reporting, including the preparation of 10-Q and 10-K filings.
- Facilitate quarterly reviews and annual audits with external auditors.
- Ensure compliance with internal control procedures (SOX).
- Provide technical accounting analysis on complex accounting issues and newly issued standards.
- Develop, document, and enhance accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Assist the Corporate Controller with special projects and ad-hoc requests as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (or higher).
- 7–10 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally with cost accounting and revenue recognition expertise.
- CPA certification and/or public accounting experience highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge and application of GAAP accounting principles.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills with keen attention to detail.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office 365 applications.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to design and implement new accounting policies and procedures.
- Experience with SAP Business One is a plus.

Annual compensation range: $70-100k negotiable plus bonus and equity
